About the Event
Our Spring CLE with Sandy Sanders will be held on May 26th (at 5 pm for 1 hour of free CLE credit) and social at 6 pm.
The event will be held at the Independence Golf Club in the ballroom and on the terrace.
CLE Overview:
The rules have changed. Now appeals are different. Like it or not; good or bad; the rules are different. Elwood Earl “Sandy” Sanders, Jr., former Appellate Defender and now Appellate Procedure Consultant at Lantagne Legal Printing will walk you through some of the issues involved in the new rules now that there is an appeal of right.
Social Overview:
Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served along with a mac & cheese bar and a separate carving station.
We will also be providing live music entertainment outside for your enjoyment.
All CBA members and our judges are encouraged to attend!
