In accordance with our current bylaws, we have assembled a bylaws review committee- a strategic team of criminal and civil lawyers who have expressed willingness to help us modify them appropriately. The committee’s priority will be to first get feedback from our members and other successful bar associations regarding best practices.

We hope to propose amendments by December.
